The health care "reform" bill for Massachusetts that Gov. Mitt Romney had signed into law in 2006 is a failure. Today, with everybody forced to buy insurance in that state, the "universal" coverage has resulted in a severe shortage of primary care physicians. There are long waiting lines to see a doctor.
